Your First Visit

Your initial appointment will begin with a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options; usually treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex treatment plan may require a second appointment to complete the endodontic treatment.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance information.  This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 to all appointments.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, etc.), or require medication prior to dental treatment (i.e. prophylactic antibiotics).

If your referring dentist has taken recent x-rays, please bring them to our office if applicable; however, additional films will be taken at our office to provide a three dimensional image of the tooth.
